The project AMENDED? Is a project that questions if its truly been fixed end of the day. The reason for this project being created is that after finding some water damaged images at home I took it upon myself to fix and restore all the albums images that have been damaged over time which then I noticed that a lot more of the back of the actually images interested me more as each company was different and if not the quality and the rate at which the images describe it was different even though they had the same printing capabilities and quality and make. The reason for me fixing this images and then cutting out the faces is to represent my childhood and the feeling as I get as I know my family and where I am from but I a lot of people will understand when seeing someone such as a family member that your parents say you knew in your childhood but yet you don’t remember feels stranger than seeing a stranger on the street as you feel like they know you but you know nothing about them, these images represent the times I’ve been growing up through my life that I interacted with and saw yet my memories don’t recognize/interact with that person/people within that photo.
I have used the back of the image on over the faces as I feel I know more and understand the back of the image more than my own memories within this image as its forgotten in time or not remembered with the people within these images too.
